Brilliant In Burgundy Gift Vignette

Gift brilliantly with this one of a kind vintage vignette featuring a stunning botanical platter and matching sugar and creamer, all in the most gorgeous shade of burgundy!

The beauty of living in central Massachusetts is the abundance of wonderful thrift and antique shops all around the area! I spotted this beautiful burgundy botanical gleaming cream platter at one of my favorite stops in between Brimfield and the Berkshires. Through online research it looks to be from the 1950's manufactured by Taylor Smith & Taylor. Its the perfect size and in wonderful condition with a light spattering of crazing, common among pieces of a certain age. (Aren’t we all!) Determined to find the perfect compliment, a sugar and creamer in the exact heavenly hue was found with hardly any effort after a quick online search. Truly one of my most magically effortless and efficient curations to date! The Franciscan Ware Coronado pattern has a very pretty swirl pattern. All three make a gracious and giftable vignette and look very pretty on display together. The wood tray, plate holder and faux florals are for display only and are not included.

Ramp up the WOW-FACTOR: Elevate this to extraordinary with the addition of vintage cocktail napkins and a fancy cake server. A box of bakery fresh chocolate brownies with raspberry filled linzer cookies would be ah-mazing too!  Bagels and cream cheese would make a gorgeous brunch-worthy surprise. Bonus points on all of the above if you include sugar cubes, fresh cream and a bag of coffee beans ready to brew!
